TEACHING OUR TEACHERS TO BE THE BEST THEY CAN BE!

They say an apple a day keeps the doctor away - well we believe that good staff development workshops help to make us all better teachers! With that thought in mind, the 21st Century Community Learning Centers staff have been involved in workshops led by Dr. Karen Barefoot - a former Union County Public Schools teacher, principal, Federal Programs Director and an expert in the field of education.  When you send your child to the 21st CCLC afterschool program, you can be assured that he or she is receiving the best that we have to offer.  Our teachers are trained each year with specific goals in mind.  We are very proud of the work that our teachers are doing!
